  18. Any idea why a Hayes 14.4 fax modem would drop the line when trying to 
  19. start a file transfer using Kermit.  I can do the exact same thing 
  20. using a Zoom fax modem.  Can get the Hayes to connect but as soon as you 
  21. try to start sending a file it drops the line.  Have tried turning off 
  22. the fax capability but no luck.
